Community Programs
Yoga Mouth has all the expertise and evidence informed research to help you improve the mental and physical wellbeing of your entire organization with practical wellness tools. We have partnered with places like GBMC, MD School for the Blind, Baltimore County Public Schools and Institute for Behavior Research to provide professional training.
Our highly sought after community programs are in schools all over the region. We teach mindful wellness, fitness and social emotional learning programs to kids and families of all abilities.
Wellness Services
Yoga Mouth Wellness Services are all provided by instructors and clinicians with the highest levels of professional training in their healing arts. Find collaborative care to heal and transform your relationship to your body, mind and the chaos of being alive.
Our mindful wellness educator and coach Kristi Jenkins has over 20 years working in public mental health. She specializes in mindfulness science and is a devoted student and practitioner of Yoga psychology and science.
She has clinical experience working with clients to address and relieve symptoms of: Depression / Anxiety / PTSD / Stress / Grief / Chronic Pain /
